Welcome to Braid Takedown (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your appointment.

• Service Overview: We provide on-demand hair extension and braid removal services at your preferred location. Each appointment is performed by a trained and verified “Unbraider.”
• Pricing & Payment: Our fixed service fee is $130 per session. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of service.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Service Conditions: Please ensure your hair is free from products, accessories, or tangles that may cause delays. Our Unbraiders are not responsible for any pre-existing hair damage or scalp sensitivity.
• Liability: Braid Takedown and its Unbraiders are not liable for any allergic reactions, hair loss, or breakage that occurs during or after the removal process.
